The Conspiracy, ever on the move, was on their way to the Busam residence this evening with Mr. Bernabo. The following resulted:
Emeric: I'm always proud when national news covers Minnesota, because they talk about the Democratic-Farm and Labor party. And it's like: yeah, we're different. We've got our own party!
Kieran: Yeah! And you're not invited! And we've got three kinds of punch! And you can't have any!
Emeric: I do love Farm Punch.
And then, even later:
Emeric: It's time for Christmas gifts. I'm getting Mike an apron. It's frilly.
Kieran: That's nice. Kind of ironic.
Mike [angrily]: I really wish I hadn't gotten you guys gifts yet.
